4. It is, therefore, prayed that the Designated Authority may be pleased to initiate action under the provisions of Section 13 of the Rajasthan Agricultural Credit Operations (Removal of Difficulties) Act, 1974 read with Rule 5 of the Rajasthan Agriculture Credit Operations (Removal of Difficulties) Rules, 1976 and order for the sale of the immovable property of the borrower/cultivator, the details of which have been given above and for appropriation by the Bank of the proceeds of the sale of such property for the payment of the dues of the Bank and the cost of the recovery and to pass such other order or orders as may be deemed necessary and just as the Designated Authority may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. It is further prayed the pendente lite and future interest may also be awarded while passing the order in the case.
